Profunda Vermögen GmbH signed as term sheet with the Zurich-based Arundel AG concerning a reverse merger of Arundel, IMMAC Holding AG and HKA Hanseatische Kapitalverwaltung AG that will be effective as of 29 March 2018.

The Hamburg-based IMMAC group just acquired three inpatient care centres in Dublin along with their operation by the Beechfield Group. The transaction kicks off what is to become a long-term commitment by IMMAC in Ireland. The basis for the new international commitment was an extensive survey by the IMMAC Research team in Hamburg.
