Since 2013, HKA Hanseatische Kapitalverwaltung GmbH has been working for IMMAC as conceptualiser, asset and property manager of the newly regulated alternative investment funds (AIF). Hanseatische is a subsidiary of IMMAC.

It thus assumes the refinancing function and portfolio management that IMMAC performed itself until 2012. Asset and property management are the operational centrepieces of Hanseatische's portfolio management.

This ensures comprehensive professional support for the operators as well as ongoing monitoring and technical management of the property.
