The Acquisitions unit of IMMAC has several teams who collaborate with specialists in the areas of financing, legal, research and technology to ensure a professional purchase procedure.
The Head of Transactions and the Transaction Manager together form an acquisitions team. Throughout the process, they remain the personal contact who is responsible for a smooth acquisition.
Since its foundation in 1997, IMMAC has invested more than 1.7 billion euros in over 160 social property assets. The annual investment performance is between 200 and 250 million euros.
