SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION FOR IMMAC IMMOBILIEN RENDITEDACHFONDS DEUTSCHLAND

Positive development of target investments enables retroactive special distribution.

Good news at the start of the year for investors in IMMAC Immobilien Renditedachfonds Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG: Due to the positive performance of the target investments, an additional special distribution of 0.8 % could be made retroactively for the year 2023.

The IMMAC return funds diversifies its portfolio by investing in various locations in Germany, including properties in the healthcare market segment and a hotel business.

Two care facilities, an assisted living facility and a 4-star hotel are currently already part of the fund. The fund is also planning further investments, including in a rehabilitation clinic, which represents a further type of utilisation.

Investors can participate from an amount of 10,000.00 euros. The planned distributions are made monthly and are between 3-5 % p.a. This investment offer is open to semi-professional, professional and private investors and enables participation in a mixed-risk fund that invests in at least three alternative investment funds of the IMMAC and DFV brands.
